DIGGICHE!!!
I don’t know if you already know that I LOVE DACHSHUNDS!!! So much that I own 2 of them… If I had it my way, I would want to have a weener dog farm.. lol.. In any case… I have a dachshund obsession! I’m a Dachshundista aaaahhh!!!

M.F. NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS
What a crazy ride 2010 has been… and I sure am lookin’ forward to what 2011 will bring! It’s going to be an interesting one that’s for sure. For starters… Earlier this month I quit the nico-sticks… Miss Lead was my inspiration.. she’s been a non-smoker for the last 2 months… Hooray!!! It’s nice to celebrate the weeks, if not celebrate the days that pass when we don’t smoke… cause IT’S A BITCH WHEN THE CRAVING HITS…. and this is what gets me by…
The infamous e-cigarette (so popular these days), Werther’s Caramel Coffee Hard Candies, and good ol’ Nips Coffee candies.

The sweet treats alternative to the usual oral fixation a cigarette brings is no comparison, but nonetheless gets me by. From a smoker’s point of view, there’s nothing like a drag of a cigarette (Parliament lights) when your deep in thought, when you finish a big project, or hell… when you’re workin’ on the computer… like Miss Lead and I do… ALL DAY AYYY DAY…
Or how about when your out painting the town red, having a cocktail with friends? A cigarette comes in mighty handy and somehow completes the Ambiance… or so I’d like to think.
With that all being said, it is, in fact time to get healthy… Out with the old, and in with the new. 2011, here comes the new ‘my body is a temple’, ‘om’, ‘zen’, attitude… HAHAHAHAHHA, damn, I swear…Well, at least I’ll give it a go.

Grey Ant x Teva Limited Edition Sport Stilettos
Stilettos are not generally a sport shoe but some women treat them as such, doing everything from all-day shopping trips to housework in them day in and day out. If you’re of the persuasion that everything is better in heels then this collaboration between NY-based clothing brand Grey Ant and outdoor hiking and sport shoe company Teva could be a match made in heaven. The result is touted as “the most comfortable, performance high heel on the planet” and features Teva’s Velcro-grip styling and grip-sole construction plus a whopping 4″ stacked heel courtesy of Grey Ant. They’re chunky but feminine and actually, in a weird way, do fit in with the whole outdoor scene. $330

INFINITY LIBRARY?
This project must begin with an explanation of what ‘old school’ and ‘new school’ are to the designer Thomas Mills – simply: ‘old school’ is things that take more than a few seconds to access, which are books and films, etc, and ‘new school’ is the internet, magazines, text messages. This project encapsulates the ‘old school’ style, more involved library of items surrounding the person accessing it. This circle stands 246cm tall, made entirely from hand-cut plywood.
As you sit within the cradle, it rocks gently back and forth. Don’t get you’re roll on all the way, or you’ll probably do a revolution. This library can hold its own weight in books, the cushioned seat a nod to the futuristic furniture found in Stanley Kubrick films, especially 2001. Reading lamps are placed for reading in the most obvious manner, while lights placed around the circumference act as a clock, timers changing the brightness of them to its highest at the equinox of the day, dimmed to nothing at midnight. Concept that makes you go ‘hmmmmmmmmm????’
Thomas Mills has a disclaimer that the structure is for sale for £6000 ($9,600), but he will not ship it. Instead, if you live abroad and would like to have your own, homie would love for you to fly him out and make one for you straight up….hmmmmmmmmm…..Buy one up!
GOOGLE US BITCHEZZZZ!
I was fascinated when the news of google had launched their very own ‘fashion’ website last Wednesday. I had to see what the interface would look like, what it would offer, and if it was effective in it’s mission statement. I do have to report that it’s pretty amazing. How google has incorporated this type of website so that you are able to refine your search for that perfect top, perfect bottom, perfect dress, or shoes in your own particular ‘style’ of dress…. is really cool!
It’s so cool that I had to make a page for DISSMISS!!! Dissmiss has it’s very own page on boutiques.com, giving users the ability to search our style… DISSMISS STYLE fall into street style, edgy style… graffiti chic if you will…. Our page gives you a little insight on how we would pair our Boyfriend Tee , or our Crew Tees with certain style jackets, pants, heels and more…. in a online ’boutique’ type setting. It gives you a refined search of the type of style you would like to see!
DESIGNER TRON…
Alright, who’s excited for the movie TRON?
For its release it’s been said that Disney collaborated with Canadian shoe designer Jerome Rousseau to create this futuristic style heels.
Styleite says, “According to sources, the ankle-strap platform is made of pewter-colored leather treated with a metallic coating. It’s named for the movie’s female lead Quorra, and Rousseau wanted the design to reflect the movie without looking like it belonged in the heart of a video game.
The shoe will retail for $795 at a special Tron pop-up shop that will be set up in Los Angeles, and should also be available at select retailers come February. ”
This is pretty Luxe… best by far from Disney as far as merch… would you buy these bad boys for $800 bones?

With all the hype on Tron the movie coming out, there have been a plethora of gadgets, accessories, clothing, and now shoes involved with the franchise… Check these Adidas sneaks out:
Disney synced up with Adidas and Oryon Tech to bring you a pair of Tron-inspired Adidas kicks that glow (some Ts included as well). What’s interesting about these shoes is that they use a patented EL technology Elastolite that is directly printed on textiles themselves. It lasts about 25 wash cycles which is pretty darn cool. The current available colors appear to Green, Blue-Green, Blue & Orange.
