MF RESOLUTION UPDATE…

Over 2 weeks ago I accidentally dropped my e-cig as I got outta my car… And this is what happened to it.

Since then I noticed I haven’t really had the urge for that oral fixation of holding that e-cig and doin’ the faux smokin’ thing.  Even though its only been 2weeks or so … I feel myself moving passed that urge to smoke, or *at least I think so.

So next on the agenda is eating right and work some cardio into my daily activities… So I downloaded this app on my iPad…

This is to track my daily caloric intake, my exercise/workout regimen, etc…..  yay!

I also visited my neighborhood Fresh & Easy grocer yesterday…

And bought some healthy ishhhh…. like…lean cuisines, trail mix snackies, yogurts, fruits, and a few cases of water… And u know what.. Lean cuisines aren’t that bad! Nyomz….Nyomz??? =/

Now about this exercise thing… … it’s the 3rd week of my NYR routine… and last week I started takin’ the double d’s ( diggy & dulce) out for a walk…

Which we found a great horse trail to take our daily 45 min. jaunt… super stoked. =)

I feel like I’m  well on my way to being healthy and not smellin’ like an ashtray… And hopefully I’ll be  Droppin’ some LBS. while in the process…. Cuz let’s face it gurlzzzz… don’t we all wanna be at the beach or poolside everyday this summer…   I know I want to…

So I’m gettin ma’ FITNESS on bitchesssss! ahahhahahahah!  Then maybe I can rock a mini, like this..

I said maybe…..maybe….LOL!

These resolutions seem fairly easy, but please note…it truly is HARD AS F*#K …so let’s see how long I can keep this up…. *learning discipline…=/
